We ordered a compact car on the internet and got upgraded to a big silver car, which was fab.

We picked the car up early on Saturday morning in the city (Melbourne) for our girls “Thelma and Louise” week (yes - week!!!) trip along the Great Ocean Road to Adelaide. (We flew back, dropping the car at airport.)

The car was lovely and big, it had air-con, not that we really needed it at this time of year and it was very smooth.

Luckily we didn't get lost, we could have rented a GPS from the girl at the office (Brianna I think) - she was pretty keen to sell this to us, but didn't bother - very brave, but the route was well sign posted.

We all really enjoyed the trip despite the weather and I have to hand it to Budget, they were the cheapest, but still very good.
