This was fun. My first ever drive-in movie. There is no better way of watching a movie!
Was with my chick - but no chance of getting up to anything untoward as was also with three kids!
Protocol is that the kids wear their PJs and you take your bedding. It really is a nice way to watch a movie. We reversed in so that the kids could snuggle up in the boot (we have an estate car.) There are "humps" that you drive on to get your car at the right angle.
There is a small playground underneath the screen - for before the movies and a concession stand selling food. Alcohol in not allowed, so don't get caught...
The Bussleton Drive-In (one of just two left in WA) always screens two movies, although you can leave after just one, this is what we did.
Sound is either though your radio there a speakers available that you pull up next to.
We watched Night in the Museum 2. Ace film, just like the first...
