Bagged a couple of rainbow trout.
The objective was for my son to catch his first fish and to get lunch, King Trout came up trumps!
Located in a very picturesque setting King Trout is a trout farm, come well stocked lake, come restaurant. The idea being that you can have your catch grilled for you there and then if you so desire.
We were there for an hour or so and caught two fish, both of around one kilogram. It is worth noting that we really don't know what we are doing when it comes to fishing, so if we can do it any-one can.
Then we ate the catch - served up with chips and salad - yummy.
Best Bits - As good as guaranteed to catch a fish!
Worst Bits - Fish are slimy!
